Wholeness, Integrity & Relational Life is an educational small-group experience focused on the relationship between a person’s inner life and how they show up in their relationships. The group explores how self-knowledge, congruence, and integrity support more honest, sustainable ways of relating to others.
Rather than encouraging overfunctioning, self-sacrifice, or moral striving, this group invites participants to examine how clarity about one’s inner experience can support relationships that are grounded, mutual, and humane.
The work is guided in part by A Hidden Wholeness by Parker J. Palmer, which serves as a shared reference point for exploring integrity, identity, and relational life.
The relationship between inner life and outward action
Understanding integrity as alignment rather than perfection
Recognizing patterns of overfunctioning or self-silencing in relationships
Exploring how clarity supports mutuality and honesty
Engaging relationships without obligation or loss of self
Developing relational capacity grounded in self-knowledge
This group combines guided study, reflection, and relational learning within a small, facilitated virtual setting. Core material is introduced thoughtfully and explored through dialogue, shared inquiry, and lived experience rather than instruction or advice.
Groups are intentionally limited in size to support depth, clarity, and meaningful engagement. Participation is invitational and self-paced, with emphasis on learning alongside others in a way that respects autonomy and boundaries.
This group may be a good fit for people who are thoughtful about their relationships and are beginning to question patterns of over-responsibility, self-silencing, or moral pressure in how they relate to others.
It may be especially relevant for those who value honesty, fairness, and integrity, and who are seeking more sustainable, grounded ways of engaging their relational lives.
This group may not be a good fit for those seeking treatment, crisis support, or highly directive guidance around relational challenges.
Wholeness, Integrity & Relational Life is facilitated by Anne Lindyberg. Her work is informed by graduate training in psychology, licensure in professional counseling, and long-standing engagement with educational and group-based practice.
The facilitation style is reflective and collaborative, emphasizing clarity, relational dignity, and the development of internal capacity without pressure, exaggeration, or dependency.
This is an educational group focused on learning, reflection, and capacity-building. It is not a therapeutic or clinical service.
No. While the group is guided in part by A Hidden Wholeness by Parker J. Palmer, material is introduced within the group, and participants are supported in engaging with it at an accessible pace.
Sharing is always invitational. Participants are encouraged to engage in ways that feel appropriate and respectful of their own boundaries.
