Congruent Experience offers small, facilitated educational groups for people who want to better understand themselves and how they relate to others. The work emphasizes clarity, self-trust, and congruence rather than diagnosis, advice, or prescriptive solutions.
Groups are designed for thoughtful exploration alongside others in an environment that is respectful, grounded, and humane. All groups are offered virtually, making it possible to participate without travel while maintaining continuity and depth.
Each group combines guided study, reflection, and relational learning. Groups are structured but not rigid, and participation is invitational rather than performative.
