Congruence & Self-Trust is a foundational educational group designed to support people in developing a clearer, more accurate relationship with themselves. The group focuses on understanding how internal incongruence develops, how it shows up in daily life and relationships, and how greater congruence supports clarity, energy, and choice.
Rather than approaching struggle as something to be fixed, this group emphasizes practical self-understanding and capacity-building. Participants are invited to explore their inner experience with accuracy and care, and to develop self-trust that supports more grounded decision-making and relational engagement.
How incongruence develops and how it shows up in everyday life
The relationship between internal alignment, energy, and well-being
Developing self-trust through accurate self-perception
Responding to internal experience with clarity rather than self-criticism
Recognizing patterns of over-responsibility, self-doubt, or self-silencing
Building internal capacity to engage life with greater steadiness and choice
This group combines guided study, reflection, and relational learning within a small, facilitated group setting. Material is introduced thoughtfully and explored through discussion and lived experience rather than instruction or advice.
Groups are held virtually and intentionally limited in size to support safety, depth, and meaningful dialogue. Participation is invitational and self-paced, with an emphasis on learning alongside others rather than performance or disclosure.
This group may be a good fit for people who are thoughtful about their inner lives and are beginning to question whether familiar ways of managing themselves and relating to others remain sustainable.
It is especially well-suited for those who value clarity, fairness, and self-trust, and who are interested in developing a more internally grounded way of engaging their lives and relationships.
This group may not be a good fit for those seeking diagnosis, treatment, or highly directive guidance, or for those in acute distress requiring more intensive support.
Congruence & Self-Trust is facilitated by Anne Lindyberg. Her work is informed by graduate training in psychology, licensure in professional counseling, and long-standing engagement with educational and group-based practice.
The facilitation style is reflective, collaborative, and non-performative, with an emphasis on creating clear, humane learning environments that support self-trust, relational clarity, and internal capacity.
This is an educational group focused on learning, reflection, and capacity-building. It is not a therapeutic or clinical service.
No prior experience is required. The group is designed to be accessible while still offering depth for those familiar with reflective or relational work.
